Stretch and Relax class
When:Thursdays 5-6 pm
What: Guided stretching and relaxation in a small-group setting. Individualized guidance and attention.
Goal: Stretching and relaxation for physical and mental health. The goal includes empowering attendees to stretch safely and effectively in class and on their own. A great complement to physical therapy or health coaching services, or as a regular practice in order to stay healthy.
For whom: Open to all, need to be able to get down on floor and get up independently.
Cost: $35 per session.
First session is offered free to individuals new to Lilian Holm Wellness.
Couples' treatment instruction
Couples receive 1 hour of private instruction on safe and effective treatment techniques they can use at home to treat one another.
$155 per couple
$85 per couple if two couples attend
Private stretching instruction
Learn a safe, effective and pleasant stretching routine to decrease pain and stiffness, increase agility, physical fitness and performance and to de-stress and increase body awareness.
$145 per hour
$85 per person when two people attend together
Private exercise instruction
Create an exercise program tailored to your specific needs and goals, or work on refining your existing one. Suitable for any age or fitness level.

You will receive cutting-edge information and learn how to better take care of yourself and inspire coworkers, friends and loved ones to do the same. Participants will receive an action item list to help and Inspire them to implement the information they've learned in the workshop, with clickable links to products, ideas and studies. After the workshop you will have an opportunity to ask questions related to your specific situation that may not have been addressed during the workshop.
